Meet Joslyn
With years of experience in the medical field, I realized that for many patients-especially seniors, busy parents, and those with mobility challenges-the hardest part of getting healthy is simply getting to the lab. I saw a need for a service that didn't just "draw blood," but provided a sense of peace and dignity to the process.
I founded Gifted Hands to be more than just a mobile lab service. I wanted to build a business that reflects my values. Our tagline, "Rooted in Compassion," isn't just a marketing slogan; it is the foundation of every home visit I make.

My work is guided by Colossians 3:23: "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.." This means that whether I am performing a routine draw for a busy executive at 5:00 AM or a gentle pediatric collection for a nervous child, I am doing it with excellence, patience, and a servant's heart. Drop off or Shipping We package, label, and ship your specimen according to your test provider’s requirements—or drop it off at a designated carrier (FedEx, UPS, etc.).

Self-Pay Mobile Services | Insurance Information for Laboratory Testing
Gifted Hands Mobile Phlebotomy Service LLC operates on a direct self-pay basis. Payment for mobile blood collection and convenience services is made directly to our business. We do not bill health insurance for our mobile collection fees.
Insurance Information for Laboratory Testing
If your physician has ordered laboratory testing through Quest Diagnostics, Labcorp, or another laboratory, your insurance information may be needed by the laboratory to process your testing and determine your coverage. Please have your insurance card and physician’s lab order available when scheduling, as applicable.
Requesting Insurance Reimbursement
Depending on your individual insurance plan, you may be able to submit a claim for reimbursement of eligible mobile phlebotomy services. Upon request, we can provide an itemized receipt or Superbill, when available, to assist with the claims process. Contact your insurance provider to ask about out-of-network benefits, required documentation, and reimbursement eligibility before booking.
Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed. Coverage for laboratory testing is determined separately by the laboratory and your insurance plan. Patients are responsible for all mobile service fees, regardless of insurance coverage or reimbursement decisions.
